Link Your Mobile Number With Aadhar Card Using OTP

Aadhaar has become an important document not only to establish your identity and avail social security schemes from the government but also for financial matters like your income tax returns (ITR), keeping your bank accounts active, and even for investing in financial products like mutual funds.

The Government of India has made it mandatory to link your mobile number with Aadhaar card for identification verification and has put a deadline of March 31, 2018. While the process of verification by visiting the mobile network customer centers can be tiresome, UIDAI has rolled out OTP based verification system using which you can link your mobile numbers with Aadhaar from your home.This method of verification has come into act since January 1st, 2018 (i.e. since yesterday).

The process is very simple, users who still haven’t linked the Aadhaar with the mobile number (that’s around 50 crores) can call up the IVR that would complete the process through a one-time password (OTP).

PROCESS TO LINK YOUR NUMBER WITH AADHAR :-

1 )Just Dial 14546 From Your Phone.

Wait For IVR Voice & Select Language.

2 )Enter Your Aadhar Number,

3 )Then Telecom Operator Will Send Your Aadhar Number To UIDAI For Verification Purpose.

4 )The verification Process Will Begin.

5 )Your Operator Will Send OTP Request To Govt. Aadhaar Portal UIDAI

6 )The Govt. Aadhaar Portal Will  Send OTP To Your Mobile Number

7 )The users Should Enter this OTP Manually

8 )Done !! You Have Linked Your Mobile Number With Aadhaar Card Using OTP.

Note : Some Numbers are Not Working On Few Operators So Keep Trying Daily.
